Who are we?

Fabiana is the CBJ Portugal Country Manager and also the Head of Global Practice for Value Added Negotiation. She also lead a local practice "Walking the Talk" and is a member of the local Conscious Capitalism Portugal Chapter.
Jo is the CBJ Peru General Manager and also the Head of Strength Finder Practice within the conscious business journey community. She leads programs in Spanish and English supporting the Latin American Region and an active member of Conscious Capitalism Mexico.
Kiko is one of the most successful Certified Conscious Business Change Agents. He is part of the Class 3 and thought his business he has helped over 100 organizations to discover their purpose.
He is author of 4 books about Purpose and co-founder of Cazulo, an organization dedicated to help purpose come alive.
Cristina is the CBJ Colombia General Manager and also the Head of Diversity and Inclusion programs. She is a Conscious Business Change Agent since 2018 and has promoted conscious & inclusive business for the past 15 years.
